Sourdough Roasted Peppers Pizza

Was hoping for a really good melted cheddar but seems like a grated vegan cheese was used. Veggies tasted good but would be more enjoyable with good vegan cheese 😭

8/15 I went to a pizza party recently where we tried 15 different types of pizza! For many people this pizza is a bit disappointing, it’s fairly ‘plain’ with a tomato base, lots of peppers, onion and a sprinkling of vegan parmesan. However, I think that’s part of its charm, it’s definitely better eaten in (not takeaway) since when it is served hot the crusts are perfectly crispy from the oven and all the peppers are wonderfully sweet. It’s ideal comfort food with some mayo for dipping the crusts 😋 #abillionlove

Love this pizza, so simple but so good. The sourdough base is so doughy and the crusts are great dipped in their vegan mayo, ask for some on the side 😋😊
