Soul s special deep fried tofu

The best fried tofu I’ve ever had ! Served with tender stem broccoli & spring onion. The flavour in this was incredible & to me it tasted more like hoisin duck than tofu, probably because of the soy sauce. 10/10 recommend

I mean I m not sure if the original s like this, but I kinda feel that it’s pointless #deepfry the tofu if it’s supposed to be alllll soft n soggy in the end… Also too much oil… The general style of all dishes in the restaurant is sweet, sweet, and sweet We can be a bit more creative no? Appreciate that it’s a full on vegan place tho! Def want to continue to support the business!
