Sorbet

While delicious and perfect after a substantial barley risotto, this is a lazy dessert. The flavours were excellent, being blueberry, granadilla and strawberry, but a restaurant of this calibre can do better.

Part 3 of the three-course meal. This tasted as delicious as it looks. You could taste the actual fruit and not just syrup. 😂 I hope I’m not being bamboozled by my impression. The vanilla balanced the other two flavours beautifully. Lovely way to end the courses.
