Smoked Salmon Tartine

Heaven for vegans, because of obvious reason: vegan popsicles! Not to mention their super yummy ramen. I wasn’t a big fan of the salmon sandwich tho because I am not a big fan of raw food.

This was so cool!! I loved the concept of creating salmon with papaya. The texture or taste wasn’t really like salmon but it was still really delicious. The capers and vegan cream cheese, along with the gluten free multigrain bread, really gave lox vibes. Yum!

One of the most innovative dishes out here in Kuta, Lombok. 'salmon' made of raw papaya, rosemary cream (kinda horseradish style), sauerkraut and GF bread.
