Smashed Cucumber

Was intrigued by the smashed cucumber name but it wasn't smashed. Still super smashing (ha ha) and refreshing and even though it looks plain, the garlic seasoning was very flavourful and I found myself reaching for this a lot during the meal.

The name is definitely deceptive. I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at how well the cucumber and garlic combination worked!
