Slow roasted soy chunks + dumplings + cabbage

Very traditional Czech dish. It’s full of flavours. The sauerkraut helped to ease out the saltiness/meatiness/heaviness of the gravy. The bread dumplings reminded me of the Chinese mantou, but sliced. 😅 I enjoyed this dish after a long train ride.

the perfect vegan czech style dish in prague. Soy chunks in a tasty sauce combined with sauerkraut and soft czech dumplings. Also it’s a very nice pub with good beer.
