Singapore Rice Noodles

Blossom, a fully #vegetarian restaurant in Renton, #washington has a wide menu with almost all vegan options (they serve egg noodles on some dishes that are clearly labelled and use dairy in some drinks). These #singapore #noodles are served woth bok choy, brocoli, celery and other veggies. The noodles have a soft curry flavor that gives them the golden color. Very good dish. #eatingout
