Signature Singapore Laksa

5 stars, always! My favourite laksa in Singapore. Must have for me, and a must to introduce to everybody else.

One of the best vegetarian laksa served in Singapore . My nephew finished all the laksa gravy.

Just what I needed when waiting for a significantly delayed flight! Great to find vegan #airport food at Changi. This was delicious - range of #mockmeat noodles and veggies, mildly spicy base. Very large portion size, too! #vegantravel #vegansingapore

They've nailed the #soup -y version (left) as well, the dry variation (right). Kudos to that! Which do I prefer? I could do both for all meals of the day Greendot has upped their game tremendously in the last few years especially with the patisserie and clearly gaining ground with the melding of lotus flavours; basically a piece of everything under one roof with ➕ concept. Its now a $10 (taking location into consideration) with the usual #konnyaku balls and #prawns, #taukee (#beancurd sheets), #taupok, #broccoli and #carbsforlife in the form of thick #beehoon in their signature coconut-based, light yet satiating #laksa broth. Signature greendot laksa broth was nice but the noodles were overcooked, very mushy.
