First time going to the Vegan Sushi Bar and I was not disappointed! I ordered the Fried California Dream, the Classic Salmon, and the Holy Tofu from the signature rolls. The California Dream was a “crab” roll which was warm and delicious. The Classic Salmon was their take on a salmon roll, which wasn’t my favourite though I never really liked salmon sushi before so that’s fair enough. And the Holy Tofu was also super delicious. On top of that we also had the gyoza, and the cucumber maki which were both amazing as well. Basically everything was amazing and there wasn’t a single thing I didn’t like. I would definitely recommend going here, worth the money in my opinion, though it is on the more expensive end.
