Shrimp Po’ Boy With Sweet Potato Fries

Cafe Organix is an amazing vegan restaurant 😍 I had this shrimp po’ boy, it was bigger than I expected. The flavor was incredible. It was very filling, I only ate about half of it!

The texture of the shrimp was definitely unique compared to what I usually eat. I love that the shrimp was well seasoned and had a nice char too it. The sauce paired well. The bread roll was a bit dry. The service at this cafe was outstanding. Friendly staff and food came out fast too.
