This soup was so flavorful and felt very nourishing to my body. They let you
choose between rice noodles or Udon noodles, but since the Udon is house made I opted for that. The vegetables included napa cabbage, corn, green onion, nira, kikurage mushrooms & beansprouts. The portion was generous and I was more than full afterwards! #veganisnotscary #japanese #supportlocal
