I think this dish is only vegan if you specify that's how you want it. Lot of their dishes have fish sauce added to it. I just get into the habit of asking everything I order to be vegan.
The noodles and tofu are cooked to perfection. Tofu not overly fried and noodles not soggy, in a tomato sauce with 5 spices and green onion. The cilantro is refreshing and the peanuts add a nice crunch.
My friends and I got a good laugh when we were presented with this funny face!
