sesame sauce fried tofu

This is a very interesting and pleasing rendition of the local #tauhugoreng . It’s fried #tofu with shredded vegetables on top #carrots #cucumbers #pumpkinseeds #raisins #cherrytomatoes #peanuts and the dressing is the sesame sauce,taste very similar to the #kewpie brand. Thr’s also the fried #tofuskin on the side. Lovely dish. Tasty. Less greasy less guilt. I would order this again.

I thought it’s just normal tofu with sauce But the combination of sesame sauce and tofu is WOW One of my favourite from Green by Choice
