Seitan wings

Unfortunately not great - maybe just got a bad batch but the seitan was dry and not very flavourful. Good portion of 6 but I can't say I'd get it again :(

TR seitan wings have been battered and deep fried giving a super crispy crust with a chewy seitan centre. Accomapnying sauces are okay but the old hot sauces were even better! Food can be a bit oily but what do you expect when you're ordering deep fried delights, see Brewdog for a healthier cauliflower "wing"
