Seitan Melt

This melt was so unique. We loved it! The garlicky herb seitan was great and we loved the creamy pesto and cheese. The flavor was so good. My only criticism would be the bread was just too thick and overwhelmed the sandwich, but I would highly recommend trying this! You won't regret it.
