Seitan Karahi

Wok dish with seitan, mixed vegetables and cashew nuts fried in olive oil and kormasauce, served with basmati rice and salad Fantastic choice, only the seitan was a bit soft but really that is critic without a real reason. Enjoyed it a lot.
