Seitan Cheeseteak

I got it with mushrooms and Daiya. Tbh it’s kinda just like chopped up Tofurky slices, which is fine but I was hoping for something really unique 😕 And maybe they do make it themselves, but idk. Probably should’ve just got the cheez wiz sauce also

Of all the spots in Philly that make vegan cheesesteaks, Blackbird wins hands down. Their seitan is moist and has great flavor, the rolls are always fresh, and the cheese sauce is perfection.

This cheesesteak is pretty decent! A little too salty for my liking, but definitely cured my cheesesteak craving!
