Seitan Carnitas Taco

Tried these during their $3 Taco Thursday Night. The seitan was a little chewy but had a nice flavor. I preferred the salsa verde sauce but don’t get that unless you can handle some heat! The salsa roja was a much thinner salsa. I love that they double up the corn tortillas. They’re small street taco sizes. #tacos #streettacos #seitan
