Seitan burger

New name is ‘Carolina Chicken’ This is a restaurant right outside the train station of Bruxelles-Central. I’m goin to splitt this review into 2 personalities of mine 😂 Food Critic Helena: Pff this place is difficult to review. On the one hand, they have a couple vegan options, the location is very convenient + the staff is very friendly. It has major US vibes, as in that’s what they were going for with the interior and the food. But on the other hand, their fries are like Mcdonalds, small and tasteless. They are definetly too expensive as those fries are an extra €3.5 on top of the €14,75 for the burger alone. Mayo is free, but vegan mayo is €1 extra. I asked for a water, but i didn’t see you could either get 250ml or 500ml. They gave me half a liter, why would someone do that if i just asked for a water? I was by myself here. The bread of the burger is very soft and falls apart. The burger itself was good! 😋 Real Helena: It was good. It was edible, staff was friendly. I liked it and had a good time. I seriously love all food. I just need to be more critical in order to make reviews 😅 I would want to go back because i just love trying new things, and they have a couple other vegan options, but i would not recommend this if you are just traveling through Brussels since there are far better options. 🫤 Just really want to try their vegan banana split, since i was way too full after this meal to get a dessert 😅🤩🍌🍨 #veganinbrussels #veganburger

Tremendo, veramente impossibile da mangiare, il seitan era una fetta altissima e durissima e con un sapore inesistente! Peccato perché esteticamente sarebbe stato anche bello.

Who would have thought that a place named BrewDog would have such a nice vegan burger. Plus it has a "2 for 1" offering in Mondays on vegan dishes! 💯💯
