Seitan and Waffles

My first time having chick'n and waffles and it was delicious. This was an amazing value. I had it for lunch and it kept me full ALL DAY. The flavor of everything is great. I like the hot sauce they chose. A little spicy but not too spicy. The portion size is amazing. I didn't have anything else and I'm glad I didn't because it would have been too much. I already had a hard time finishing this.

I cannot say enough good things about this 100% plant based restaurant. The seitan and waffles were the best thing I’ve ever eaten for breakfast. The savory buffalo sauce on the seitan mixed with the sweetness of the waffle was the combination I never knew I loved. (Boyfriend is not vegan and got the Benedict Florentine and said the tofu scramble was just like an egg)
