I added this #falafel #pita sandwich to our order as I hadn't seen or eaten
falafel out on quite a while. Overall the sandwich was a bit average and lacked flavor. The the falafel had a crunchy exterior and tender interior and the pita was stuffed with #lettuce, #tomato, #onions, #redpepper and creamy #avocado. I was hoping for a more traditional tzaziki or cucumber flavor, but that is just me! I may have also been unimpressed due to the amazing ciabatta sandwich we also had (reviewed previously)!!
This spot is well worth a stop if you are passing through Corralejo, offering juices, bowls, assorted breakfast items, sandwiches and coffee. They have a few vegan options in each category, clearly marked with signage. #soymilk, #oatmilk and #almondmilk are available for your beverages.
