This was absolutely amazing. Found this #veganfoodtruck at the Motor City Eastern Market pop up in downtown Detroit MI. I was beyond ecstatic to have found a fully plant based food truck! And the food was incredible. This #sandwich had #buffalo #chickun, #pepperjack cheese, chipotle #srirachamayo and the star of the show: #greenapple and #cranberry slaw! Such a unique flavor combination and it worked so well! They also gave an extra side of the #coleslaw on the side which was incredible even by itself. The sweetness of the slaw nicely complemented the spicy buffalo sauce. $16 for this incredible #friedchickensandwich.
