Scrambled tofu on toast

The best scrambled tofu i have had in my life (and probably ever will). Us Asians joke about how white people don‘t season their food BUT BOY WERE WE WRONG. The spices and cookIng style used for the scrambled tofu was beyond what I expected. Soft, tasteful, fragrant and with the perfect textures.
