Creative fusion dish, kinda like pork belly bun (which I miss) but with a twist! Firm vegan lion's mane mushroom and greens wrapped in a soft lotus leaf bun, served with aromatic satay sauce. 🫓🍄‍🟫🥜 Pretty presentation too.
