I was excited to try this as I’ve never seen a vegan version before. It is a South American broth made with lots of herbs and aromatics (cilantro, parsley, garlic, onion and peppers). Inside is also pumpkin seeds, avocado, vegan cheese, lemon juice and mushroom. It was served with sides of fluffy rice, tortilla chips, jalapenos and red onions. I enjoyed this a lot and at $10 it is one of the most affordable options on the menu! Not a perfect score as I felt it could use a bit more salt/seasoning. #houstonvegan #soup #spicy 🌶️
