Sambal Petai

Generous amount sambal petai. Should have asked for more chilli.

Perfect balance of spiciness, cooked just right- not too hard, not too soft. There were some yummy crunchy bits that enhanced the texture and flavour of the dish. I think the dish also contained laksa leaves and it was a good accompaniment. Loved the dish!

Spicy but not spicy enough for me. Lol. Amazing dish to go with rice.
