Sambal Petai

Can I just say how much I love petai and hot pot. They have a series of hotpot dishes at $7.50!

Interesting that there is much gravy, as most places seem to fry it dry. Gravy can be spicier, so spicy loving friends can add more chilli sauce or chilli padi to it, both of which can be topped up by yourself at their side counter. The flavours of both the petai and sambal gravy are brought out very well!
