Salted Chocolate Chip Cookie

Don’t tell the other local bakeries I show love to, but this vegan chocolate chip cookie from Cardinal might be the best cookie I’ve ever had PERIOD. Rich, sweet, soft, with a sprinkle of flaky salt.
