Salsify, Chestnuts, Dill, Daikon, Blood Orange Sauce

Another fantastic earthy meal. The flavours of this meal was really good with the orange sauce bringing it all together. So healthy too. #huntsabs

I like that fact that every course here was made up of seasonal veg, and apparently this was intentional. This was a nice course although the blood orange sauce was a little bit too sweet for me. This was the second of four courses of a wedding meal so was the perfect size #willows
