salmnot scramble

This was overall a lovely breakfast. The ‘salmon’ was really nice and fresh tasting and paired well with the rest of the dish. The scramble I found a little watery however as they didn’t press the tofu enough and also left it in rather big chunks which took away from the scrambled effect.
