Saffron rice

Nice rice and looks beautiful due to the saffron. I would say this is a need with all vegan main dishes given that they're just vegetables so not really filling. I also had this rice with some left over baba ganoush. Highly recommend that combination. #veganisnotscary #middleeastern #saffron
