This ain’t vegan by default. Usually comes with cottage cheese but you can request them to make it vegan. Mixed vegetables with Persian herbs and spices cooked with briyani rice. This one costs $26 but such a generous portion good enough for 2 pax unless you’re dead hungry. Felt more like a different variation of a briyani but worth a try.
Loved this vegan #sabzipolo a mix of rice and various vegetables cooked together. Flavorful blend of spices. Portions are good for 2 people to have comfortably. Damage: 25 SGD Interesting how polo pulao palaw polao pilav pilaf paella all are just etymological variants of what in its core is just rice (maybe wheat in some cases) cooked with vegetables and how influences moved through cultures #abillionlove #vegansg
There is a seperate vegan menu, however there was no rice dish.so we requested to veganise this dish n replace butter with oil. Biryani in hot claypot tasted good. It was the first vegan biryani i had outside my kitchen n was not bad at all. Remember @vikas recommending this place in some review on @abillion10 n hence wanted to go.nice outdoor seating. Lazy lunch with family was a good experience.
