Roasted Veggie Sandwich

It's been a few years since I've been here and was sad to see how much smaller their menu is. They used to have the best wraps and everything came with a side. This sandwich was really tiny, but it was good. It was supposed to come with a salad but I think they forgot. This had roasted veggies, avocado, greens, cashew "ricotta," pickled cabbage with citrus mint dressing. It had a nice flavor!

An amazing meal! The arugula and all the veggies mesh so well, and the bread is delicious! 🍞🥬 #uplandspeak
