This dish was so colorful and visually appealing (sucker for pretty dishes). A healthy, tasty dish that felt pretty light (yay to no food coma post lunch hehe)! At it's set meal price point, this dish is a great value for money choice too (because I've generally found quinoa/couscous options to be more expensive usually)
