This Salad has Arugula, Fingerling Potatoes, Roasted Butternut Squash, Brussels Sprouts, and Aztec Rice Tossed with an Irish Beer Mustard Vinaigrette all Topped w/ Feta Cheese, Toasted pepitas, Craisins and Balsamic Roasted Beet Strips. It’s such a huge portion for the price and so filling. They should make a potato salad with this dressing and the potatoes. Yummmmm
