Roasted Delica Pumpkin, Wild Garlic Pesto, Rucola, Beluga Capers and Balsamico

This is not a conventional pizza, it’s like a really nice salad on some great pizza dough. I liked it for what it was, but it’s not one that would fulfil the pizza craving 🤣 #veganisnotscary

Was recommended by our server as the better vegan option for a pizza, and I’m glad we listened. The pizza dough itself was the star of the show! Expected the pumpkin to make the dish very sweet, but was pleasantly surprised at how balanced the dish was thanks to the rest of the ingredients. #veganisnotscary #singapore

We all know how difficult it is to find vegan pizza in Singapore, so imagine my delight when I discovered Amo was offering vegan pizza during Veganuary! It was a pretty solid pizza with a springy, nicely charred sourdough base, gorgeous pesto and golden chunks of butternut Squash. Tho I still wish there were more vegan pizza options with good ol melty cheese :’(

In love at amò now So happy with this new vegan menu!! Pizza crust was so delicious, light, fluffy, crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Pesto together with the pumpkin and arugula went together super well. If I had to nitpick, I’d want to drizzle a bit of olive oil I’ve the pizza for a bit more kick 😝
