Roasted chicken rice

The roasted chicken rice at kang su was cooked quite nice. The skin not overly cooked, it is nicely seasoned in sauce n oil making it more fragrant. The soup is good too. Also came with some cabbage n carrots on side making it healthier. Very nice to see that they have expanded to a bigger store compared to their far east shopping centre time which not much seating. And thankfully they did not close it off also as kale by kang su is just a mrt stop away at midpoint orchard.

One of my favorite veg chicken rice in Singapore. Rice was well flavored, fragrant and al dente. Not too greasy and went perfectly well with the fried beancurd sheets and the lightly sautéed vegetables at the side. #chickenrice #singapore
