Risotto de vegetales

This creamy #risotto was chock full of veggies like tender, sweet #carrot, #mushroom and #celery. Topped with #sprouts and #blacksesame, a nice earthy, savory comfort food dish! We visited Joapira three times on our week-long vacation, which speaks to the deliciousness and wonderfulness of this special place in La Frontera! It is located at the top of a volcanic hill with a lovely plaza, belltower and church in front. Jenny and Cristi make you feel right at home, they are so charming, personal and passionate about what they do! It was quite good and filling. Normally I am not fond of Risotto but this one changed my mind. A combination of rice and different vegetables with tasty spices. The staff were really friendly and very knowledgeable about vegan food.
