Risotto all’ortica

Abbiamo scoperto per caso questo posto la taverna dell’ortica dove fanno opzioni vegetali abbiamo voluto provare questo risotto e devo fare i complimenti è veramente buono 

A Trecate anche questo locale è stata una piacevole sorpresa a opzioni vegani e devo dire molto buone 

Risotto with nettle. Very well balanced and tasty. Nettle (ortica) is a common wild herb in Italy, found everywhere in fields and green areas. I think it’s most probably just picked up wildly around the restaurant. Highly recommended
