ribollita

Ribollita is a typical Tuscan dish, naturally vegan. It is full of flavor and delicious! A small portion is enough to be full but I ordered also the fried artichokes, that are very good. This restaurant is perfect to try the authentic Tuscan cuisine and the price is right for the quality and the portions.
