Red Stir Fry

This had a nice kick of spice with veggies including pumpkin, mushroom, gai lan, lotus root and cashews. Was suppose to have tofu but I didn’t realise until half way through that they forgot to put any in mine ☹️ Overall a nice stir fry but nothing special #veganisnotscary #stiryfry #tofu #pumpkin
