Red Pepper Nigiri

Roasted sweet red pepper on sushi rice, wrapped with nori seaweed These were pretty much exactly as described. A tiny sliver of sweet pepper and nori on rice. That was it. I mean, simplicity is the basis of nigiri, but this one just needs some pizazz- it needs the fattiness of what should be fish in it to round it out and make it buttery and filling, but no. No vegan mayo or anything.
