Raw carrot cake

So moist and so tasty and so colorful. And the icing isn’t too sweet. #crf

Wow, my first vegan raw carrot cake. It was super tasty, loved the texture, lots of carrots and spiced with cinnamon and goji berry. The icing is coconut and cashew nuts sweetened with maple syrup. A little too sweet for my taste but otherwise perfection!
