Quesadillas

This Sweet Potato Kale Quesadilla with caramelized onions and roasted sw pots was delish! I ordered vegan cheese. I liked the kale’s heartiness and fresh salsa a nice side. GF an option, but pictured is regular. Humongous for me; I ate half and reheated the rest for lunch the next day and made it crispier. A hazard of takeout, esp. since it’s so thick, it’s like a sandwich-needed a fork for some of it. #veganquesadillas #greenleafrestaurant

These quesadillas are packed full of veggies and sweet potato! I ordered it with vegan cheese and the salsa was also very good. Yum!
