Quang Noodle

This was a really spectacular dish. Fresh, filling, and varied! The noodles were thick and tasty, served with some fried wontons, fresh herbs, and lots of veggies. The only annoying thing is I asked the server if this was a soup and she said no (it clearly is) — since I also ordered a potato soup, so my dinner was 2 soups which wasn’t ideal.
