Pumpkin & Habanero Tostada

I’m loving the new vegan options at Super Loco! These pumpkin and sweet potato tostadas were divine! #superloco #mexican #tostadas

This was deluxe 🙌 Butternut squash is an ingredient that rarely ever goes wrong but erm, I don’t recall tasting or seeing any #habanero in this at all 🧐 I’ve been thieves! Luckily though it’s not a one note #butternutsquash affair as the #tostadas are balanced out with #pomegranate and a #pumpkinseeds granola too — Whatever that is 🤷‍♀️ You’ll have to #asktoveganize this, but luckily it’s per the menu and not something off the books. Super Loco is actually very vegan friendly 🌱 S$14 for 2 is a tad steep, but once in a while food this good is worth it 🤗 @m1tch9i had an omni friend from Kuching come around and we simply had to have them try this! Also she just reviewed this in her ever clogged chronological backlog and was reminded how good they are 🙈 #veganisnotscary
