Pulguita Vega style

It is so fun just ordering a vegan pulguita and being surprised by what Elisa has decided to put in it! This day it was grilled zucchini, vegan cheese and carmelized onion on a seeded baguette. You have a choice of white or whole wheat as well, part of their breakfast special of sandwich, choice of type of coffee and orange juice for 4,50€. #sinoesveganonoescomida
