
🥑🌱 Again I was excited by an omelette, another food I used to love as an omnivore even though this didn’t much resemble an #omelette. It was a #chickpea pancake filled with roasted #butternutsquash, #avocado and pea 🫛#guacamole, seasonal biodynamic #greens like spinach I 🌿🌱think. It was supposed to have #harissa 🌶️inside but I didn’t detect that at all. The pancake and sauce were the best for me which was a #paprika and #tahini drizzle. This felt super healthy and fresh and yummy. It was almost #toohealthy but my body was thanking me for it. £17 This #veganrestaurant has their own #organic farm in Kent where they source many of their ingredients. They are closing on July 7th to relocate closer to the farm. I was happy to see it quite busy here for Sunday brunch so I hope they are doing well. #saveveganrestaurants #allveganrestaurant It’s quite pricey so I won’t be rushing back as my budget can’t take it unfortunately. We would have loved to try more but were quite full. #veganlondon #londoneats

Props to them for using chickpea to make this “omelette”! Had a crispy texture on the outside which I really love. Wished they had more greens though and slightly pricier than what i expected ahhaha
