This falafel protein bowl was very wholesome and so colourful. A little on the dry side, even after pouring the sauce, but I loved the beetroot hummus and falafel pairing. Also, the quinoa came sprinkled with spirulina flakes that I had never tried before. Very unique and refreshing! Would order it together with a soup in future
