Prawn Augachilie

Delicious. Herb infused, tangy, spicy and fresh. My first time trying ‘mock’ prawns (which you can’t see too well in this photo). I think they worked perfectly in a fresh, lime and coriander based dish like this one. Yummy cocktails too. 11/10 #veganisnotscary #thefutureisvegan
